I love the OG. Grainy cutscenes, dramatic camera angles, and Leon delivering one-liners like a man contractually obligated to survive the weirdest assignment in government history. The death counter sitting at fifty-nine like a little monument to every unfortunate encounter with Dr. Salvador, exploding barrels that did not cooperate, and those Ganados who absolutely refuse to respect personal space. But I do love everything cause it literally just reminds me of my childhood. Ah, nostalgia.
I love the classic RE4 rhythm. Explore a creepy house. Hear villagers yelling something in Spanish. Panic slightly. Then remember Leon Kennedy solves most problems with roundhouse kicks and dramatic confidence. And jashghjasg is going to do it all!
