Freedom requires firepower and that’s why the first few minutes of the mission are spent stocking up on weapons and bullets. Of course, those dastardly bugs use this opportunity to attack and even manage to gain a quick advantage. Only for a moment, however, as everyone now has the weapons they need to fight back.
