Yes, she’s become the one and only Harley Quinn or Hayley Quinn as she calls herself. The outfit is inspired by her usual Jester style, meaning lots of red and black dancing around to create the perfect look. I especially love the black and red bows that hold her many pigtails together.
BabyZelda’s version of Harley Quinn might not have taken over Gotham City yet, but she certainly has full command over this beautiful cosplay show and I’m so excited to see how it continues.
