As mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion for 500 years and descendant of one of the world’s most notorious vampire, Remilia Scarlet is not to be taken lightly because of her young and naïve appearance. This cosplayer named Ely embodies Remilia’s innocent but dangerous looks in her flowery cosplay of the vampiric aristocrat. While Remilia is known to devour human blood, for some reason she seems to fancy B-type blood and has a fairly small appetite giving her victims high survivability rate as they rarely die from blood loss.
By default, Remilia’s outfit is composed of combination of a pale pink ruffled dress, lined with red ribbons, a large ribbon behind her waist, and a mob cap. She also has bat-like wings, red eyes, and blue hair. Ely may not have chosen to go with Remilia’s default clothes in this cosplay set, but she retained the signature ruffles and pleats that are present in Remilia’s outfits. It’s a welcome adaptation and Touhou fans are still able to recognize the character as Remilia so it’s all good!
