That’s because she is a maid or at least cosplaying as one. I don’t see a broom nor a duster anywhere, but I do see a beautiful room right behind her and it makes for the perfect background to pose in front of while showing off the full uniform. It’s a black and white dress, just like any maid would be proud to wear in a movie and I especially love that choker around her neck.
