Pennywise has to be one of the scariest horror villains ever created, but today the scares are being left behind as Julietacheer serves up a spooky cosplay show.
Her version of Pennywise is sexy AND cute at the same time. The make up is there, just less white on her face. So is the outfit, but it looks far more elegant in this particular shade of gray. Also gone is the orange hair, now turned black. I can still see some orange in the room, however, thanks to all those cool looking Halloween balloons.
Julietacheer’s version of Pennywise is someone I can recommend to everyone. The only spooks happen when she pops a balloon and picks out something fun to do in front of the camera.
