Or is she? Or is that red balloon tucked away somewhere that I can’t see and she is definitely beckoning me into the darkness (or the sewers) as I slowly go to my demise? I’m so here for it though, because Pennywise always gets me happy and Ruby_Lua has decided to do just that.
I actually quite appreciate the atmosphere that she’s going for. There’s something so incredibly eerie about the room she’s in that’s mixed together with the utterly terrifying visage on her. The makeup, the dress, the lightning all make the whole scene work.
It makes it work. Pennywise makes it work. Ruby_Lua is slaying!
