I love how BonnieWest always thrills me in unexpected ways. Take this show, for example, where she is paying homage to one of my favorite visuals in movie history.
Her look comes from the movie Pulp Fiction, and it focuses on the scene where the character of Mia Wallace has an overdose and Vincent Vega has to revive her with an adrenaline shot, which is incidentally the very first scene I watched back when I discovered this movie existed.
BonnieWest is adding something that the movie didn’t have, however, and that’s the fantasy of seeing more of Mia, and it is something that works as a kind of visual representation of what motivated Vincent to say to himself:
“So, you’re gonna go out there and you’re gonna say, “Good night. I’ve had a very lovely evening.” Walk out the door, get in the car, go home, jerk off, and that’s all you gonna do.”
Which sounds like a very good idea, especially that last part, since we get to see this cam show where BonnieWest seduces us in black lingerie while wearing a white shirt and the iconic short dark hair, building anticipation for when her goal is cleared and the bra comes off, which is something that looks like it will be happening very soon, so…I think now is the time to do like Vincent Vega, and no, I don’t mean doing the Twist…
