Baltimore is a shipgirl from the game and the series called Azur Lane. In 2022, the game’s official twitter account posted a video which contained a preview of Baltimore’s Live 2D skin that was in development at the time. The post garnered thousands of views and cosplayers were quick to work on their costumes. Twoyun’s cosplay is also based on this skin that is now called “The Finishline Flagbearer”.
