I think Pennywise would have been a lot more successful had the clown just sat down and read some stories like Geishamonroe, in a gathering around the campfire style performance that may have given more bounty and killings without the unnecessary chasing in the depths of a sewer, but I think she’s just a much more clever version.
If the plan was to rope people in for the kill, Geishamonroe has done that very successfully as I await for even more stories to come!
