There are many people that love to cosplay as Pennywise, and a lot of the times it just comes across as a scary clown but nothing more. Calioppet_v has really brought in her cuteness as a factor to add onto the ultimate creepiness as she brings down the horror of her smile for just a moment before bringing it back in.
I also appreciate just how she’s gotten Pennywise’s very classic outfit and added her own spin on it by making it a very pretty ruffled dress, so much so that she’s twirling around the place looking very innocent – all the while I know this Killer Clown is ready to set loose on the masses – with the balloon and all.
