The whole outfit looks so colorful it could be out of an actual anime show. Her main top is a nice shade of navy blue, just like the neckerchief wrapped around her neck. There’s lots of bright red added in to make the whole costume look even brighter. Of course I can’t skip mentioning that white sailor hat on top of her head. It even contains a special logo that looks like a red anchor.
