What I appreciate about Cosplay Erotica is just how much in-depth they go with each of the characters that they portray and just how varied they are in their cosplays. Nothing says quite as anime as the Keroro Gunso series and Leyla is taking part as the undead babydoll Alisa Southerncross.
But because of how this humanoid turned undead turned doll character works, she has a lot of different modes on her. In this specific one, Alisa is a doll and the outfit matches the one from the manga perfectly, down to the little schoolgirl-esque outfit, the pops of accessories that all fit in the right place, even down to the blue fluffy balls she has holding her hair on each side.
