The League Of Villains may be this big organization, but there are fractions within that just bring out the most lovable characters regardless of how powerful they may be. Himiko Toga for example is one that just wants to live and love her own way – and I really appreciate whenever Cannddy_Hot brings up characters from My Hero Academia.
The outfit is very recognizable right off the bat since I cannot miss those space buns from a mile away. I also really appreciate the dark navy on her outfit that just gives her a very squeaky clean look – and with that big grin on her face, it’s hard to not get completely sucked into her personality.
Himiko Toga is known to be a cheerful girl with a huge smile on her face at all times – which is why Cannddy_Hot is perfect for the cosplay!
