Is it a zombie? Is it a nurse? It’s actually both! AshleyyLovee probably got her disease from the various people she was treating during the apocalypse, which is why she’s just roaming facilities across the world now in hopes to get a whole lot of blood to feed on. And brains. And flesh.
She has done a pretty good job showing off the injuries and wounds she has on herself – pretty talented in the field of special effects it seems. A happy go lucky zombie nurse is not one I expected to see tonight, but the 13 days of Ashtober are upon us, which means even more creepy and cool cosplays are expected.
