The Joker is a hot item these days, but every good Joker needs a good Harley Quinn and Ivy_Roxe is exactly that! Looking like she was ripped straight from the pages of a comic book or the 90s animated show, this Harley is revved up and ready to knock us off our feet. Just look at that shiny red and black jester bodysuit and the way it catches the eye from every angle. It extends all the way over the cosplayer’s head and forms two jester horns that love to swing from left to right. I’m so dazzled by it all that it took me a second to even notice the white neck collar. I also have to mention the red heart and black clubs symbols on each cheek, painted on with special care to add just a little bit extra to the look and make up (pun intended) for the lack of white face paint.
