When Breath of the Wild was first announced at E3 the rumor was that Link would be a female this time around. While that didn’t turn out to be true Tamia, from cosplayerotica, gives us a glimpse of just how awesome that could be. At least now when people call Link a girl, it will be accurate.
Tamia completely nails the look of Link. She has the new blue clothes from the latest entry in the series, along with a shield, a rusted sword, and a Sheikah Slate attached to her hip. While Link in the game may not have to collect hearts anymore, Tamia is definitely collecting all of ours.
Unlike many previous Zelda games, Breath of the World does not enforce a specific order in which quests or dungeons have to be solved, with the exception of completing the starting tasks on the Great Plateau. Linke can adventure wherever he wants – in our case, she as rule63 applies.
