Glay, a cosplayer from Canada, portrays Raditz from DragonBall Z in a smashingly good way. From the poofed hair all the way down to the boot covers, an impressive display of costume making. In 2008 at Otakon, Glay took home Overall Best Journeyman. A talent to put together a cosplay so well and to portray a character that is well portrayed.
