I usually prefer to see cosplay of animated characters because cosplaying a character already portrayed by a professional actor seems like a good recipe for something unfortunate. René Koiter aka Khal Drené Cosplay and Rebecca Watts aka Gigawatts have raised the bar on Game of Thrones cosplay. I actually meant to write this up a while ago, but I got distracted. They spent months body-building and costume-building and sourcing and put together a big production shoot. For their Dothraki wedding cosplay, they got actual real life wedding photographers Alexa Pilato and Kenneth Pfeifer. I like how much they put into their costuming and how much pleasure you can tell Khal Drené and Gigawatts got from it.
