This Arwen cosplay by glitzygeekgirl incorporates all the elements of a great characterization… detailed costume and makeup, engaging background, and a and significant understanding of the character. Glitzygleekgirl’s Arwen screams old soul, great for all the diehard fans who know that Arwen, being Elven, is thousands of years old. The combination of Eli Luna’s photography and glitzygleekgirl’s effective Photoshop job make this all in all quite magical, with the light and shadow in perfect balance with one another and the blue eyes creating a standout effect. It’s also pretty insane that the crown is made out of foam, considering how good it looks here.

This is one of the reasons I love to cosplay .. I love my tattoos and wild hair, but a big part of my heart belongs to fantasy. This photo looks nothing like me and yet it’s completely me.
