Daphne has entered the mystery and, for once, Fred can keep the ascot because hers is doing all the heavy lifting. Purple top, lime-green scarf, lavender headband, the whole Mystery Inc. color palette is here and somehow Princesslunar still looks like she wandered away from the gang because solving crimes was cutting into her camera time.
For a moment she looks like she has just found an important clue, the next she looks like she absolutely planted the clue herself because the investigation was getting boring. Velma is somewhere yelling about evidence while Daphne is busy making purple and green look suspiciously good together.
Honestly, if this episode ends with the villain saying “and I would have gotten away with it too!” the real crime was expecting Princesslunar not to steal the scene!
