It’s the Christmas outfit that Hatsune often wears in various pieces of media and it looks even more stunning here in front of her camera. Her blue hair is extra sparkly and bright. I love the two cute deer that poke out from the top of that hair. A nice added detail to make the whole cosplay even more wonderful.
