After doing parodies for Avatar, Ghostbusters, and Star Trek, I suppose it was almost a given that Hustler would eventually do a parody of current pop alien Lady Gaga.

I always approve of chicks in chainmail, but this Blue Blood update of Kyla Cole shows her with a lion. A live lion. That is certainly above and beyond the usual requirements of erotic verisimilitude. The Erotic Fandom stuff certainly has some nice costumed style.
I was going to write something about Kyla Cole’s appearances on Big Brother, but I just keep thinking, “a lion, armor and a sword and a live lion, a lion…”

I’ve been enjoying the uptick in urban fantasy and paranormal romance the past few years. While text representations of sexy fae folk have been impressive lately, visual representations still lag behind. I’m really impressed by this most recent Blue Blood update where famous gothic chanteuse Evelyne Bennu is made up like one of Brian and Wendy Froud’s fairies. The Blue Blood blog has a beautiful sample image from the series, but the whole set on Erotic Fandom has 30 or 40 images. Usually, when artists bother to do more elaborate costuming like this, they make one or two images, so it is all the more special that Blue Blood’s Amelia G and Forrest Black shot a whole series.

Erotic Fandom is pretty much the best site on the net for sci fi costume erotica. I first came across Blue Blood in magazine form at a convention, so it makes sense that, if anybody was going to find the makers of functional steampunk ray gun vibrators and shoot a beauty like Nicotine using them, well, it pretty much had to be Blue Blood.
Blue Blood credits the leather gears corset by Brute Force Studios and the sweet ray gun from Lady Clankington. Good concept, good photography, good girl, good corset, good toy, nice creative work all around.

It is no secret that I have a huge-errific Darth Vader fetish. I’m not promising to start blogging again regularly, but I just had to mention this Darth Vader Sith Lord bank robber tidbit Amelia G from Blue Blood brought to my attention. A man robbed a Long Island branch of Chase wearing a Darth Vader costume. One customer, thinking it was a joke, tried to hug him. Had I been present, I would have been that customer.

Goodness, the Blue Blood VIP members area passed 100,000 images while Sexy Fandom was sort of on hiatus. It seems like only yesterday when I was buying my first copy of Blue Blood magazine at a science fiction convention vendor booth. I guess it was actually sixteen years ago. Where does the time go? 100k is a really impressive number of genuine, artistic, erotic, on-topic, cool photographs of interesting-looking people. I think it is a nice touch that Blue Blood chose to pass the 100k mark with a photo set featuring Blue Blood magazine covergirl Cherry. It is impressive to be able to collaborate with some of the same people for so many years and have those people still be so very hot. Cherry is such a beautiful girl.

I pleased to be able to report that Mars Dust, the well-dressed fandom web site, has printed a prototype of a magazine they hope to do. Their first issue covers psychobilling and horror rock, Bruce Campbell, cosplay, Star Wars artist Sara Wilkinson, and Wonder Woman model Diana Knight of Blue Blood fame, and an article on how to become a spaceship entrepeneur and perhaps help Molly have weightless sexual relations. Okay, the last one is really just how to become a spaceship entrepreneur and I admit I read the rest into it.
