According to the BBC, a gang has kidnapped a Dalek from an attraction and sent a ransom note with an amputated piece of Dalek. The ransom note stated that they were awaiting further instructions from the Doctor. Former Dr. Who actor Colin Baker may actually end up negotiating for its return.
